In this class, students will learn to cut curved and pointed shapes in a variety of glass textures, learn new grinding techniques, attach more robust hanging hardware, as well as learn how to apply zinc and lead hobby came. Students will also learn how to work with more complex patterns and prevent their piece from “growing” or becoming misshapen.
In this class, each attendee will pick the glass for their project from the glass shelves, cut, grind, foil (Tiffany technique), solder, polish their piece, and leave with a brand new stained glass sun catcher that they created.
Completion of Beginner 1 AND Beginner 2 or equivalent experience is required.
Class size is limited to 6 attendees.
All supplies and materials are provided and included in the price.
