Refund policy

Art, Supplies, Tools:

We do not accept returns/exchanges on art, supplies, or tools. This includes sheet glass. Thank you for understanding!

Classes/Workshops:

Classes cancelled with 14 days or more of notice will receive a refund minus a 25% processing fee. We unfortunately cannot refund classes with less than 14 days notice. Customers are more than welcome to have a friend attend in their place if they are unable to attend (skill requirements for given class still apply).
Flan’s Glass does not offer credit for any cancellation or no-show.
In the event that Flan’s Glass cancels a class (we reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason), then those who purchased spots in that class will receive a full refund.
